Intelligize Digital is a small team of engineers in Delhi, India. We work with online stores and B2B sellers on the parts of the business customers never see: the order that has to reach the ERP, the stock figure that has to match on four channels, the product data that AI assistants read before they recommend you.
We also build the front of house. Stores on Shopify, BigCommerce and WooCommerce, apps for those platforms, platform migrations, speed and conversion work, and SEO for both Google and AI answers. And we make our own product, TackQuote, a quoting app for B2B stores, so we know what it’s like to run software that customers depend on.
Who we work best with
Growing brands and B2B businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but don’t want a large IT department. Usually there’s a store, an ERP or accounting system, a warehouse or 3PL, and a team spending hours a week moving information between them. If that sounds like your Monday morning, we’re probably a good fit.

Picture a homeware brand on Shopify with a wholesale side, about 80 orders a day, stock in Odoo and a 3PL doing fulfilment. Orders are re-keyed each morning, stock oversells at weekends, the site is slow on mobile, and AI assistants describe last year’s range. Everything feels urgent. This is the order we’d usually suggest, with the reasons. The brand is a composite; no single client looks exactly like this.

Who is Intelligize Digital?
Intelligize Digital is an automation and commerce engineering studio. We connect online stores to ERPs, warehouses and inboxes with workflow automation, build and speed up eCommerce sites, migrate platforms, and run answer and generative engine optimisation so AI assistants can find and cite our clients.
What does connecting the ERP have to do with AI search?
AI shopping and answer engines rely on accurate prices, stock and specifications. That data lives in your ERP. We feed it into product feeds, structured data and llms.txt automatically, so what the engines read is current.
Do you only work with Shopify stores?
No. Shopify and Shopify Plus are common, but we also build on Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce and BigCommerce, and connect them to NetSuite, SAP Business One, Odoo and Dynamics 365.
How will we know it is working?
Every workflow logs its runs and alerts on failure, and you get a monthly report, written for non-engineers, of what ran, what failed and what changed. AEO work is measured as share of answer across a fixed set of buyer prompts.
What do you need from us to start?
Thirty minutes on a call and a description of the job someone does by hand. After that, read-only access to the systems involved is usually enough to map the work and write a fixed quote.

In Delhi, India. We work with businesses in other countries and time zones, with overlapping hours for calls and written weekly updates in between.
What is TackQuote?
TackQuote is our own B2B quoting app. It lets trade customers request quotes on an online store and turns accepted quotes into orders. See TackQuote.
How much does a typical project cost?
Starting points: a single workflow from about $2,500, a store-to-ERP sync from about $8k, a custom software release from about $12k and a full store build from about $18k. Every project gets a fixed quote after the free audit.
Can you work with our existing developers or agency?
Yes. We often handle the integration, automation or data work while another team looks after design or marketing. We agree who owns what at the start.
How quickly can you start?
The audit call can usually happen within a week. Small workflow projects often start the week after the quote is agreed; larger builds depend on our schedule, and we’ll tell you the real start date up front.
